I care deeply about the future of Ormond Beach Zone 4.
After living in this community for nearly 28 years, I understand what makes it special in so many ways and why others are also drawn to call it home.
Over the last two years, I have become actively involved in the issues affecting our neighborhoods, taking the time to learn how decisions are made and speaking up when I believe our community deserves better.
I am running because I believe residents deserve a stronger voice, greater transparency, and leadership that puts thoughtful, balanced decision-making ahead of politics.
Community Protection
Quality of Life
We already have the basic framework of regulations intended to define what is and is not compatible with our community. Once State restrictions expire, I believe we should strengthen those standards to better protect our existing neighborhood characters, quality of life, environmental resources, and long-term community compatibility.
Water
Protecting our water quality must remain a priority, with every development evaluated not only for its individual impact, but for its cumulative effect on our water supply and environment.
Green & Sustainable Future
Preserving our natural surroundings is crucial. My goal is to decrease ecological impacts while championing eco-friendly projects that help all neighbors in our district.
